Get ready for an evening of comedy as Canmore’s own Pine Tree Players present the award-winning musical The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, directed by Maxine Bennet. This production is inspired by Rachel Sheinkin’s book.

Bear Day
It’s time to welcome the bears back to the landscape for another year with Bow Valley WildSmart. Family friendly activities include bear spray demonstrations, safety talks, a bear trapping demonstration, bear awareness hikes (registration required), a kids bear story time, and bear related booths and displays. Chat with Alberta Parks Ecologists, Park Rangers, Conservation Officers, Fish & Wildlife Officers, and more. This event is free!

Flower Moon Swap
The Canmore Public Library features Full Moon Swaps. These events allow the community to bring gently used items to the library as a donation. Items will be available for anyone to take home. Everything is free, and everyone is welcome. You do not need to donate items in order to take items home.
